Products & Orders

We are a small, family-run business selling natural crystals and spiritual products. Each item is unique and may have natural variations. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. If an item is out of stock or an issue arises with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with plans to introduce PayPal in the future. We do not store your payment details. We currently only ship within the UK to keep operations manageable as a small business.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 services. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been shipped.

Limitation of Liability

Our crystals and spiritual items are sold for decorative and entertainment purposes only. While some people believe in their metaphysical properties, we do not make any guarantees or claims regarding their effectiveness. Our products should never be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
